Alarm pop up notification from Spectrum are alerting teams that are not in Spectrum Alert Queues. I have created and recreated alert queues for the team to be able to view all alerts except the Spectrum alerts as they do not handle those issues. They are seeing only the alerts they need to action, but even with the Spectrum alerts filtered out of their queue, they are getting notices every time something occurs in Spectrum. The team is using popup alert notifications and beep sound and it is causing a lot of confusion and white noise because of all the additional notifications they are receiving.
