How to monitor the usage of CA Service Management Mobile app

Resolution

There are 3 options:

1. jrest.log (NX_ROOT/log). This will show the following when a user logs into the mobile app. Performing basic authentication validation for user <username>. Example: Performing basic authentication validation for user CASMAdmin The log must be in DEBUG level pdm_log4j_config -f REST -l DEBUG -a -s 30MB

2. The localhost_acces_log<date>.txt (NX_ROOT\bopcfg\www\CATALINA_BASE_REST\logs) This will show something similar to the line below when user logs into mobile app through REST "GET /caisd-rest/cnt/?WC=userid%3D%27<username>%27&_dc=1576856856144 HTTP/1.1" 200 517 Example: "GET /caisd-rest/cnt/?WC=userid%3D%27CASMAdmin%27&_dc=1576856856144 HTTP/1.1" 200 517

3. session_log table. This table will show a row for each session. session_type 3 is the session from REST
