Issue/Introduction

After performing the integration of Identity Portal and Identity Manager with SSO, the logout functionality stops working,

Environment

Identity ortal 14.2 and above

Cause

This is caused by a misconfiguration and a step missing in the documentation.

Setup --> General Configuration --> SSO -- Logout Redirect URL should be identical to LogoutURL under Setup --> General Configuration --> System

Resolution

Setup --> General Configuration --> SSO -- Logout Redirect URL
Should be identical with LogoutURL under Setup --> General Configuration --> System
