We are facing a issue where the TEWS call to IDM are being timed out. On checking the sysout logs on the websphere application server (version 184.108.40.206) we are seeing the below error.
"ERROR [ims.tmt.events] com.ibm.ws.sib.processor.exceptions.SIMPSessionUnavailableException: CWSIK0021E: Producer Session is closed on destination iam_im-IMSEvents on messaging engine IDM_Cluster.000-iam_im-IMSBus and cannot be used."
I have also attached the sysout file to the case.
Please help us resolve this issue as soon as possible as this is a huge blocker for us.
