Would moving UIM on-premise to a public cloud hosted on AWS be supported ?

Issue/Introduction

We are planning to move our UIM on-premise to the public cloud on AWS.

Is this supported ?

Release : 8.5.1, 9.0.2, 9.2.0

Resolution

Moving UIM on-premise (hub/ump etc.) to public cloud has not been tested and is not certified and is therefore not supported.

Broadcom offers Infrastructure monitoring on SaaS which is available through DX OI Infracollector currently hosted as part of AIOps SaaS and part of DX SaaS SKU.

Currently hosting is on servers in the NA region.

There are active plans to have hosting within EMEA region, for GDPR compliance, within CY2020.
