What is use of servicedesk account and where this account is used in application if admin perform pdm_configure process.
Release : 17.1 and 17.2
Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER
User ServiceDesk (privileged user and password) are added as system account.
This will be again used during pdm_configure apart from this doesn't being used any where else.
But as a backup purpose better to keep this account available. As in future, if any problem with the external authentication occurs, then admin can use this username for correction in application settings.
Customer can inactive the user if they don't want. But Engineering recommends to keep the user account on the system.
