Received following message after we recycled CA7 Started Task:
*43 CA-7.INW3 DELETE JOBS/NETWORKS? REPLY YES/NO.
Looked up the message and chose YES as the response to the WTOR, as NO explained it would abend CA7. After responding we saw some Jobs submitted by CA7, and within a few seconds of responding YES to the WTOR, CA7 came down with a return code 0.

Regarding message:
CA-7.INW3 DELETE JOBS/NETWORKS? REPLY YES/NO.
CA-7 keeps cylinder/head/record addresses of the queue files in the checkpoint data set.
When these address do no correspond to the addresses for current files, then the INW3 message is received and the records in question have to be deleted.
A FORM (or MOVQ if you have a good DMPQ) start must be done in this case.
