Internal Server Error when Opening Data Painter for Generators on TDM Portal

CA Test Data Manager (Data Finder / Grid Tools)

Issue/Introduction

I registered a table and then when I opened data painter I get an internal server error see error below.

Things to note: We use a service account in an LDAP authentication on this application server in Production environment. I have two logins, one as a normal user and one as administrator.

Cause

Permissions.

Environment

Release : 4.7.114

Component : CA Test Data Manager

Resolution

Issue is fixed by giving windows service account permissions on c:\program files\ca\ portal… to create directories.
