Event Engine: Events do not have the event tab in the AWI

Issue/Introduction:

Event Engine: Events do not have the event tab in the AWI

Environment:

Release : 12.3

Component : AWI

Resolution:

The event tabs are populated by the packages for the event (PACKAGE.RULE.SIMPLE / PACKAGE.RULE.STATE_CHANGE). These must be present within the system in order for the Event tabs to populate it.

If after packages have been installed the tabs are not present, please restart tomcat.
