Issue/Introduction

We'd like to know how to export Federation data related to
partnership and entities that you've created in the AdminUI.

How can we do that ?

Environment

Release : 12.52

Component : Secure Cloud Single Sign On

Resolution

Out of the box there's no such functionality to export the Federation
object only, including the entities.

  XPSExport

Note: The -xe and -xp options cannot be used with -xo, -xo-add,
-xo-replace, -xo-overlay, or -xf.  The -xe and -xp options supersede
the -xa option to extract all policy data, except federation related
objects. You can also use the -xb option, which lets you backup the
entire policy store, including Policy Server location-specific data,
such as the policy store location.

As such, we invite you to submit an Enhancement Request (Idea) on our
Security page :

  1. Go to the "All Ideas" page :
     https://community.broadcom.com/ideation/allideas
  2. Click on the "Add" button.
  3. In the "Select categories...", select "Layer7 Access Management".
  4. Write a title in the "title" box.
  5. Write a complete description of the Enahcement Request or
     Certification you'd like to post.
  6. Click on "Save" to get the Idea submitted !

It seems there's a work around as combination of the selections of the
objects using XPSExplorer, putting them in the XCart, you might be
able to achive exporting only the federation data.
