Issue/Introduction

When a user goes to the User Stories tab of a Feature to view the child stories it is blank, but there are stories associated to the Feature. They can view these same child stories both directly and on other pages, they are just missing from the User Stories tab of the parent Feature. Also, when other users go to the same Feature and views the User Stories tab they are able to see them. Both users have the same permissions, and the page doesn't display any filter or views in use.

Environment

Component : AGILE CENTRAL

Cause

The view may be cached or corrupted preventing the stories from being displayed even if no view is shown to be in use.

Resolution

Please try clearing the view by selecting "Clear Current View" in the "Select or Add Saved and Shared Views" dropdown on the User Stories tab of a Feature. If that doesn't work please have them try sorting by a different column. They can do that by clicking the column name. If no columns are displayed please try adding them through the "Show Fields" button and then press Apply.
