Exceptions in audits after upgrading Portal integration bundle

Issue/Introduction

After portal integration bundle update from the TSSG Policy Manager, users accessing the published APIs get failures and exceptions.

'Error retrieving portal resource.  Exception caught!'. 

Environment

CA API Developer Portal 4.x and 5.x

Cause

Error is occurred, if ssg service is not restarted after portal integration bundle update.

Resolution

Restart ssg (gateway) services on Tenant Gateway servers from which the bundle update was performed.

In the case of clustered gateway environment, ssg (gateway) services needs to be restarted on all nodes part of the gateway cluster to which the Portal server is integrated.
