In upgrading to a new release of CA View, the client found that they were unable to browse reports from tape, as they were able to with the earlier release.

The client was using the delivered version of the SAREAS proc (CBRMSEAS), where there were settings used that did not align with those used in their production proc.
They updated the SAREAS proc to align with what settings are used in production, which then allowed access to reports on tape as expected.
