Issue/Introduction

This is a--condensed and minimally modified--Support translation of the original Case Description:

-

 

We have an instance of Production NetMaster where approx. 10000 SNA APPL resources are monitored with SNA heartbeat--moreover

this situation has been dealt with on another Support case. A problem that has happened on the last 3 days where some alerts

regarding these resources are not being closed when lots of terminations and--or simultaneous reconnections occur and

it might have to do with the time of process execution. We were able to check that the global vars used on the

heartbeat routine are being updated correctly--but in some cases the resource status on the RSDB is

not being updated. We were able to document a success case and one of error (further details

were provided).

Resolution

PTF SO11008 was raised by NetMaster Level 2 and applied successfully by cust.

The problem   was resolved.
