How to find out the Panel Names

Issue/Introduction

What is the command to turn on the panel names in Solve Access?  I am trying to show a new employee how to follow the NCL to make some changes in the panels but I can not remember or find how to show the names of the panels.  We took some old software off our operating systems and now we have to change our welcome screen and I do not know all the panel names as to where we need to change the panel.
