Issue/Introduction
Out of the box, penalty metrics are calculated to two (2) decimal places.
How can this be changed to other values for greater or less precision in report displays?
Environment
CA Business Service Insight 8.3.x and 9.x
Resolution
1. Login to the BSI UI as an Administrator user
2. Go to the Service Domains page (Design -> Foundation Entities -> Service Domains)
3. Edit the Domain Category that you need more (or less) precision on. Find the property "Report precision", which is set to two (2) out of the box. Change this to the value required (the maximum is 5 and the minimum is 0).
4. Save changes
