Exception Message: An error occurred while making the HTTP request to https://cppmxxx.ondemand.ca.com/niku/xog. This could be due to the fact that the server certificate is not configured properly with HTTP.SYS in the HTTPS case. This could also be caused by a mismatch of the security binding between the client and the server.
Broadcom SaaS operations removed weak SSL protocol TLS1.0 and TLS1.1 from the Clarity PPM service for all PPM URLS. This means any user connecting to Clarity PPM in our SaaS infrastructure will only be able to connect using a Browser that supports TLS 1.2.
