Scenario:
An endpoint has been created and the attributes have been selected as capability attributes. (this is confirmed by them being bold in provisioning manager) The endpoint works fine and the attributes are added as expected. However, when you modify any of the attributes they are not passed to the user's endpoint account. How can you ensure that the attributes will be modified on the endpoint?

If the capability attributes are not updated on the endpoint account follow the steps below:
1. Make sure the check box "Modify Support Enabled" is checked and,
2. The attribute (whatever was modified on the global user) is mapped to an attribute on endpoint account.
3. Check the template for the above attribute has a proper rulestring.
If the above three points are correct the modification should reflect on endpoint account.
