Environment

BSI 8.3.5

Oracle 12c

Cause

Compatibility issue with ODAC 12

Resolution

Follow below steps to uninstall ODAC

1. Open Command Prompt, remember to run it as Administrator.
2. Locate the folder where ODAC has been installed (E.g.: c:\ODAC32).
3. Once the cursor changes, run the command c:\ODAC32 uninstall.bat all odac
