Issue/Introduction

The REST API failed to start because of java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: J2ZJNIJ4 (EDC5205S DLL module not found.)

Resolution

J2ZJNIJ4 was not in the CAW0PLD library since USS base services were not installed with CCS 14.1.

USS based services + the ESM microsevices are prerequisites for the Vantage REST API. For details see:
