Issue/Introduction

The Enterprise dashboard does not show updated registry details in the browser.

The enterprisedashboard.log shows errors similar to:
2019-11-21 19:02:33,467Z (13:02) [qtp311642344-28] WARN  org.eclipse.jetty.http.HttpParser - Illegal character 0x16 in state=START for buffer [email protected][p=1,l=273,c=8192,r=272]={\x16<<<\x03\x03\x01\x0c\x01\x00\x01\x08\x03\x03]\xD6\xDfIV~\x14...s01.swacorp.com>>>Length: 1225\r\nSer...\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00}

The registry starts but shows errors connecting to the Enterprise Dashboard.
ERROR com.itko.lisa.dradis.comm.DradisRestStrategy - Failed sending component '[email protected]:2010'', saving to dradis cache.

Environment

Release : 10.4

Component : CA Service Virtualization

Resolution

The Enterprise Dashboard was not using HTTPS. It was configured in dradis.properties with:
#dradis.webserver.https.enabled=true

The Registry was trying to connect over HTTPS. lisa.properties and site.properties were configured with:
devtest.enterprisedashboard.https.enabled=true

The problem was resolved by setting this to false in lisa.properties and site.properties:
devtest.enterprisedashboard.https.enabled=false
