Issue/Introduction

There are some Request/Incident/Problem Areas we do not use. Can we delete them completely from Service Desk Manager?

Release : 17.x

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Resolution

Unfortunately, there is no way to delete Request/Incident/Problem Areas from the web interface. Please inactivate unnecessary Areas instead of deleting them.
