Issue/Introduction

After restarting or rebooting a primary SpectroSERVER, there are duplicate models and/or alarms generated for duplicate models.

Environment

10.3

10.4

10.4.1

Cause

The primary and secondary SSdb are out of sync when the primary SS is stopped.

Resolution

This will be fixed in a future release of Spectrum. The workaround is to manually run an online backup to synchronize the primary and secondary SSdb before stopping the primary SpectroSERVER.
