Issue/Introduction

Is then an ACF2 report utility that will list Access and Resource rules much like ACFRPTSL does for Logonids?

Component : CA ACF2 for z/OS

Resolution

There is no ACF2 equivalent utility for Access and Resource rules
which would be similar to ACFRPTSL for LIDs.

The best recommendation would be to utilize LIST LIKE(-) using ACFBATCH:

Access Rules:
SET RULE    
LIST LIKE(-)

Resource Rules:
SET RESOURCE(***)    
LIST LIKE(-)
