In the Attached events, we see unexpected values for the delay time field. Analysts are changing this value. How to avoid for Analysts to change the delay time in Attached Events?

Release : 14.1 and later

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Resolution

It's not possible to disable the delay time in Attached Events using out of the box options in Service Desk Manager. Customization of the form is required to avoid the changes from analysts.
