Issue/Introduction

In the CA IDMS CUSTOM.LOADLIB there is load module RHDCENVD but there is no source to assemble and link it.

RHDCENVD is a table used for DBCS (Double Byte Character Support).

It is created in JOB03 during the installation from load module, there is no source.
