Environment

CA SYSVIEW 15.0 & 16.0 - z/OS supported releases -

Cause

If no parameters are specified with the JOBSUM command and there is not a value defined for
PREFIX or OWNER, jobs with a job name that starts with the user id of the user are displayed.

If the jobs are not displayed, it is necessary to check the values defined for PREFIX and OWNER.

Resolution

Use the following commands to display the values defined for PREFIX and OWNER:

PREFIX ?
OWNER ?

If there is any value for PREFIX or OWNER delete these values with the following commands:

PREFIX
OWNER

If the PREFIX command is entered with no parameters, then all prefixes are deleted.
If the OWNER command is entered with no parameters, then all owners are deleted.
