Issue/Introduction

When using the Spectrum OneClick locater and you import a search list greater than 250 items, you get a pop-up that says "Error," and nothing happens.  The debug explains it:

(http-nio-8080-exec-12) (SEARCH) - isAndOrSearchTagsExceedLimit: REST API NOT processed since searching NodeList count is 254 and searchQueryMaxThreshold value is 250 for node name preset-value-list

Cause

This is a limitation of the search functionality which changed in Spectrum 10.3.2 BMP1 and above to alleviate prolonged SpectroSERVER performance problems with cpu and memory.

Resolution

This is resolved by the following patches:

10.03.02.D157 for 10.3.2

Spectrum_10.04.00.PTF_10.4.018 for 10.4

Spectrum_10.04.01.PTF_10.4.109 for 10.4.1.

This is tentatively scheduled to be included in the first bi-monthly patch for 10.4.1 as well, and included in 10.4.2 once released:
