Issue/Introduction

When issuing the command DASHBOARD, getting below error: 

DASH006E Cannot extract data for LIBVIEW command. Cannot build dashboard RC=16

Resolution

This error/RC normally means security does not have an ALLOW for the XVEXTRAC command, to check the setting,  go into SECURITY, select user groups, issue command WHERE USERID to find out what group you are in. Then select that group, and check if this group has a security set to allow(A) the XVEXTRAC command.
