Why does ACF2 not start with a started task name different than ACF2?

Issue/Introduction

How do we define a different STC that will initialize ACF2 with a name different than ACF2?   Tried to define ACF2D as an STC and after IPLing under ACF2, I stopped ACF2 and tried to start ACF2D.  But, it wouldn't start.  I received an error message stating that ACF2 wasn't initialized. Message is as follows:

Resolution

ACF2 can be started under any started proc name.

When using a started proc name to bring up ACF2 that does not equal ACF2, message ACF9CCCC will be issued. The ACF9CCCC message means that there is no current security and that you have to answer the question to continue. Choose one of the following 'REPLY 'U' TO IEF196I CONTINUE, 'C' TO CANCEL, OR 'W' TO WAIT'.

When starting ACF2 please select continue.
