Discovery not modeling devices with duplicate MAC Addresses

Issue/Introduction

When modeling multiple devices that have the same identical MAC, Spectrum does not model both devices

Environment

Release : 20.2.x

Component : SPCDIS - Spectrum Discovery & Modeling

Resolution

Duplicate MACs are considered the same device or belonging to an existing device.
AutoDiscovery will not model two devices if they have the same MAC, including interfaces under that device.
This is functioning as designed.
