When enabling monitoring for
QOS_WIN_PERF / Object: LogicalDisk / Counter: % Idle Time / C: or Total, or ANY instance, data gathered is not correct.
It shows every 2, or 3 polls the value of 0 when the counter seen in the windows performance monitor never actually drop from around 95-100%
Steps to Replicate:
1. Deploy ntperf on windows 2012r2
2. enable monitoring inthe ntperf probe for:
QOS_WIN_PERF / Object: LogicalDisk / Counter: % Idle Time / C: or Total, or ANY instance
3. Set poll every 300 seconds.
4. See results in DB.
Expected Result: Every poll should show value similar to what we see in windows perfmon
Real Result: Good results are only shown every 3/4 polls. For 1 good polls you can see 2 or 3 polls showing value of 0
