Unable to access the NetOps Portal REST interface as the admin user

Issue/Introduction

Unable to access the NetOps Portal REST interface as the admin user. 
Receiving 403 errors when attempting access.

Environment

Dx NetOps Performance Management 21.x, 22.x

Resolution

Due to the default enhanced password requirements, passwords expire in 105 days:

"By default, non-LDAP passwords expire after 105 days. When passwords expire, access to REST and the OpenAPI is blocked. The next time users log in, they must change their passwords."

To progress forward you can either:

1. Login to the NetOps Portal GUI and reset the admin user's password when prompted

2. Access the NetOps Portal CLI and SsoConfig to disable password expiration for the admin user
