Error: CA DRAS Server is not available for security check - after IP Address Changes

Issue/Introduction

After switching IP addresses on the customer system, we restarted CCITCP after finding it had retained the old DNS info.   After recycling both CCITCP and DRAS,  we still can't sign in and getting the message that the CA DRAS server is not available for the security check function.

We have a hard outage and no one seems to have any knowledge of this product.

Changes : yes, changes IP address in the system on Thursday night

Resolution

config files were corrected for the IP change that occurred and the Tomcat/Web Viewer task (CAWBVR) located and recycled. They were then able to log into the Web Viewer application.
