After switching IP addresses on the customer system, we restarted CCITCP after finding it had retained the old DNS info. After recycling both CCITCP and DRAS, we still can't sign in and getting the message that the DRAS server is not available for the security check function.
We have a hard outage and no one seems to have any knowledge of this product.
Config files were corrected for the IP change that occurred and the Apache Tomcat® /OM Web Viewer task was recycled. They were then able to log into the OM Web Viewer application.
