Issue/Introduction

While applying maintenance to Common Services Release 15.0 received the following error message. What is the possible cause for the message.

 GIM69168E ** HFSCOPY PROCESSING TO THE CFF6PLAT LIBRARY FAILED FOR HFS ZMSDIAGA IN SYSMOD LU00481. THE RETURN CODE (12) 
              EXCEEDED THE ALLOWABLE VALUE. DATE 21.141 - TIME 08:58:36 - SEQUENCE NUMBER 000003.

Cause

Either an incorrect file system was mounted for DDDEF CFF6PLAT

or

The correct CCS zFS filesystem was mounted at the incorrect mountpoint

Resolution

Review your installation job to identify the correct zFS filesystem (yourHLQ.CCSZFS) and the appropriate mountpoint and correct as needed.
