Error EZTC0744E while processing Ezplus element in to Endevor

Issue/Introduction

One of the application team could not add ezplus element  and reported the issue.  It seems the error message issue while doing syntax checking. it was working fine.  The error message follows

EZTC0744E >>>  File not sequential: SYSIN+001 Dynamic allocation failed RC=00000 ezt: error opening source (SYSIN) file.                                         

The SYSIN statement is as follows -

Environment

Release : 18.0

Component : CA Endevor Software Change Manager

Resolution

Changed the SYSIN from a PDS to PS and it resolved the problem.
