Job is getting RC04 in first step and 2nd step has COND=(0,NE). Trying to determine what is causing the RC4

Resolution

Remove the //*----------------------------------------    line after the SYSIN DD statement and before the start of the C1DEFLTS table.

Reassemble the table.
