SUMMARY: Help link is not working when in certain areas of application
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Login to Clarity
2. Click Help
3. Notice no window opens with documentation
4. Now click on Administration->Studio->Objects
5. Click on Help again, you will now get window to open.
Expected Results: It should be able to open Help regardless where you are in the application
Actual Results: it does not open Help in most areas of Clarity
Workaround: in the browser go to https://techdocs.broadcom.com

This reported as DE52177 and is resolved by upgrading to 15.7.1+.
