NIMSOFT PROBES DX Infrastructure Management

Issue/Introduction

I am unable to download web version of Probes. For example dhcp_response. Please let me know how and where to download the new probe versions. I am seeing below error. 'InternetOpenUrl() failed - The operation completed successfully.' It seems it is looking into nimsoft portal which I don't have credentials to login to.

Resolution

How do I obtain a login to the Nimsoft Support Portal / the Broadcom (CA) Customer Support Portal?

Global Customer Assistance (GCA) team is responsible for providing access to casupport.broadcom.com - once you have access to that site, support.nimsoft.com is also granted but it may take 24 hours for that account to be activated.

Please contact Customer Support.

Navigate to the http://casupport.broadcom.com page, then select the Contact Support link on the bottom right side of the main page (you do not need login access to see this).
