How to view SQL History in IDB2?

Issue/Introduction

How to determine what  SQL statements were issued by  a user  at  certain time of the day? Is there any IDB2 report  showing such information ?

Component : CA Insight Database Performance Monitor for DB for z/OS

Resolution

1-Dynamic SQL statistics collection was not enabled during the selected history interval. To enable include IFCID 316 in the
HIST-STATS-RECS data collector SYSPARM parameter.
2. There were no dynamic SQL statements within the cache executed during the selected history interval.
3. The data is only available for DB2 10 or higher.
