CA VIew - Unable to Type Characters in Report ID Field

Issue/Introduction

The client's customer is unable to type characters into the Report ID field on a CA View Primary panel.

 

Environment

Release : 12.2

Component : CA Deliver

Resolution

Using View's DEF USER command, to attach to the User Definition list, the user in question was deleted, then they logged back into View again, and were able to enter the characters as expected.
