Issue/Introduction

Customer is unable to type characters into the Report ID field on a View Primary panel.

Resolution

Using View's DEF USER command, the user in question was deleted from the User Definition list, and then they logged back into View again. Now user was able to enter the characters in Report ID field as expected.
