Issue/Introduction

Have a request to remove Librarian in one of the shared environments. 

 

Resolution

1) Remove the Librarian CALJLINK library from the LINKLIST

2) Remove the Librarian CALJLINK library from APF

3) Remove the Librarian CAIRIM initialization parameter from the Common Service CAIRIM file? -

       PRODUCT(CA-LIB44) VERSION(LJ44) INIT(LJ44INIT)

4) If you are using the ELIPS or LIB/TSO functions, remove the Librarian related datasets from the LOGON PROC

5) If you are using the SUBSYSTEM function, remove the SUBSYS=xxx parameter from JCL

6) If you are using FAIR(File Access Interface Routine), remove the FAIR routine from user program.
