Custom View is not working (My View)

Issue/Introduction

PAM End-User trying set up a View with Filters to limit the amount of data that comes back at our Access Page.

Unfortunately with this custom view, nothing comes back.

Environment

Release : 3.2.x, 3.3.x, 3.4.x and 4.0.x

Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Resolution

When using Custom Views with Filters, our Filter Logic is "AND" and not "OR".
