Issue/Introduction

Installed the APMIA agent with APIM bundle the for installation on the API Gateway. The APMIA agent is not able to start. 

 

Followed the steps outlined in https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/layer7-api-management/precision-api-monitoring/3-4/installing/saas-installation.html

 

The release version of the APMIA agent installed is 11.1.4.

 

Using on-premise API Gateways and DX APM SaaS.

Environment

Release : 11.1.3

Component : APM Agents

Resolution

Using set -x allowed echoing the install scripts. This showed it was adding a relative path (/../) to the wrapper and wrapper.conf path.

Additional Information

A defect was created to change the install scripts to better handle wrapper paths.
