Unable to start the Introscope Workstation in Windows 10

Issue/Introduction

When trying to open or launch the Introscope Workstation. exe on Windows 10, it never loads

Is there any limitation? what are is the correct procedure?

Environment

• DX APM 10.8
• All clients using Windows 10.x

 

Resolution

Right click and use "Run as Administrator" on the Introscope Workstation executable (.exe)
