One user is not able to add Other Work to timesheet

Issue/Introduction

One user is not able to add Other Work to timesheet in Classic, he cannot see it when trying to add Other Time. Other users are able to add the same Other Work to their timesheets. Start/End date are set up correctly for the investment. 

Environment

Release : All supported Clarity releases

Resolution

Make sure the Team entry for this resource has Open for Timeentry = Yes

1. Open the Other Work
2. Go to Team tab
3. Go to Detail in the drop down in Team tab
4. Filter for the resource
5. Now click on the little gear in top right (Configure)
6. In Available Columns find Open for Time entry and move it with the arrows to the right (Selected columns)
7. Save and return
8. Now you are in Team - Detail and have  Open for Time entry, you will notice it's set to No for the affected resource. Click to set to Yes
9. Save
