VAN1596I - Could not lock SMS Spares table for Storage Group %8S
VAN1598I - Command %10S authority invalid failed by MVS, System %10S
VAN1599I - Command %10S authority invalid failed by security product, System %10S
VKG0845E - %8S is not authorized by STGADMIN or DFSMShsm AUTH DBA
