Issue/Introduction

Taking over Admin responsibilities for another person. What are the steps to become an ASM Admin? (But not become the Master Account.)

Cause

Resolution

Customer should ask the owner of the master account to grant 'Login as' rights. This can be done in Share Access / Users section of the ASM dashboard of the master account.

1. Edit subaccount you wish to grant "Login as" rights.

2. Click Grant Parent Impersonation

3. Save. 

The user will have then "Login as" rights.  In the user's account on their "Dashboard" page, the "Login as" link will appear.
