Issue/Introduction

We are getting the below error when we try to use our TEWS services from our web application:

07:00:27,540 ERROR [ims.default] com.netegrity.llsdk6.imsapi.exception.NoSuchObjectException

[facility=4 severity=2 reason=0 status=38 message=No items found]

        at com.netegrity.llsdk6.imsimpl.provider.AdminTaskProviderImpl.findByTag(AdminTaskProviderImpl.java:316)

        at com.netegrity.ims.tews6.TaskHandler.handleTask(TaskHandler.java:198) ...

 

This is followed by Unknown Processing Errors coming from the custom Java code.

Cause

This is occurring on Weblogic, where the app server has included "workcontext" instead of the actual IM task tag.  There are some known issues with Weblogic adding a WorkContext tag in SOAP headers.

Resolution

There is a flag to remove the WorkContext header, as noted here:

This shows how to add the below Weblogic parameter to resolve the issue:

-Dweblogic.wsee.workarea.skipWorkAreaHeader=true
