We notice that Create and Update Jaspersoft Users job is taking longer and longer over time. We have a lot of users and whilst normally it's taking 30 minutes, it's now going up to 170 minutes. What could be causing this?

This is caused by Jaspersoft server performance degradation. We recommend Jaspersoft server restart to happen at least once monthly to avoid such issues. For best results, restart once weekly for On Premise.
You can also clear the /temp and /work directories under the Jaspersoft tomcat folder before restart to ensure full cache rebuild.
Note: After Jaspersoft restart, the job performance should be back to normal, and if you don't restart for a while, it will eventually get worse again.
